While we strive to extend this benefit to all our valued customers, please note that international shipments, expedited freight, drop shipments, and equipment / machinery shipments are not covered by the CAT Zero program.

For orders under $20, a nominal handling charge of $5 applies, as outlined in our standard terms and conditions. Additionally, please be aware that PDU CAT reserves the right to select the freight provider for all orders.

Your subscription fee will be charged annually, utilizing the payment method linked to your account, whether it's a credit card or billing setup. Rest assured, your subscription will automatically renew each year for uninterrupted access to our free freight services, unless you opt to cancel before your renewal date. Cancellation is available on our website using the link at the top of this page.
  • Eligibility Requirements: Your PDU CAT account must have a shipping address within the contiguous 48 states. Additionally, your account must be current with payments and have no outstanding balances past 60 days (once current we would be happy to sign you up).
  • Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability: While we partner with reputable ground and freight companies to fulfill your shipping needs, please note that PDU CAT assumes no liability for any errors or delays caused by third-party freight providers. By subscribing to CAT Zero, you agree to indemnify PDU CAT against any losses or liabilities arising from such circumstances.
  • Modifications to Terms: To better serve you, PDU CAT reserves the right to update, amend, or modify the terms of service with reasonable notice to our valued subscribers. We believe in transparent communication and will ensure that any changes are communicated clearly and effectively.
  • Termination of Service: Maintaining a mutually beneficial relationship is paramount to us. To continue enjoying CAT Zero benefits, we kindly ask our customers to uphold good standing with PDU CAT, maintain a valid account, and ensure timely payment of their CAT Zero subscription fee. Failure to meet these standards may result in the cancellation of your CAT Zero subscription.
