LS100Ex Fiber

The LS100Ex Fiber machine is a perfect solution for engraving on metal parts without the need for application of a surface additive. Precision and contrast are thus guaranteed on all your work pieces.

Versatile

The LS100EX Fiber is a rugged Fiber laser that can be set up in a factory, workshop, office or retail outlet. Suitable for most marking, cutting and engraving applications including: part marking, industrial marking, trophies and awards, gifts, leather goods, acrylic, crystal and glassware, signage and photo marking. Excellent for marking uncoated metals.

Performance

The LS100EX Fiber increases productivity with outstanding speeds up to 100 ips (2.54m/sec). The LCD control panel is designed with short cut functions to save valuable time. Cut printed media in four steps with the standard Print & Cut media registration.

Ergonomics & Design

Quality laser with a backlit marking table. Front access for effortless loading and adjusting of items. A red pointer beam allows for quick and error-free set up and auto focus feature for precision and ease of use. The fume and exhaust range, as well as the air assist, preserves your working environment and improves processing of materials. The LS100EX Fiber also offers IQ+ or "Intelligent Quotient". The IQ+ at Gravotech was specifically designed for Gravograph machines. Offering streamlined electronics, new-generation firmware and enhanced communication between the engraver and user.

Versatile

The 24" x24" engraving area combined with the 9.8" Z travel and X axis pass through enables the unit to process a wide range of part sizes from small nameplates to large control panels, both in single item processing and in large batches. Fiber laser technology is able to mark and engrave on harder metals including stainless steel and reflective metals with no coatings required.

Performance

Engineered for productivity the LS900 Fiber includes many features designed to optimize the machine use. Features such as a red aiming beam, automatic focal adjust, a cycle time indicator and an end of job alarm, allow for efficient job processing. The LS900 Fiber can be integrated easily into an industrial, workshop or commercial environment meeting all your personalization, engraving and identification needs.
