Sawgrass SG500 & SG1000

Designed to minimize ink and power consumption while maximizing quality and efficiency, the SG500 and SG1000 printers enable you to create the highest definition images with the lowest per image cost.

With sealed cartridges to eliminate outside contaminants and a print-head designed specifically for sublimation inks, the SG500 and SG1000 deliver photo-quality prints to decorate a whole host of products from mugs, T-shirts, coasters, mouse pads, slates and so much more!

The SG500 and SG1000 have the same compact footprints and rugged reliability of their predecessors, but have been updated from the inside out. In addition to design improvements such as a single roll-bar, the SG500 and SG1000 are more energy-efficient, print with higher resolution, and offer WiFi connectivity. This means you'll enjoy higher quality products and greater ease of use, at a price comparable to the previous models.

The SG500 and SG1000 are backwards-compatible with SG400 and SG800 accessories, so if you already own a bypass tray for the previous models, you will be able to continue using them. For complete peace of mind, the SG500 and SG1000 are now backed by 2-year warranties.

The SG1000 produces A3-sized prints and can even take larger media with an additional bypass tray, so you can print larger format images for products such as T-shirts, cushions and laptop cases.

Sawgrass SG-VJ628

Extend your product range profitably with the versatile Sawgrass VJ 628, the world's first fully integrated 25", 8-color desktop sublimation printer. Bring photography, fine art and signs to life with vibrant colors, deep blacks and neutral grays. Improve efficiency and reduce costs for high volume product creation.

The VJ 628 offers efficiency for high-volume customization and precision for personalized products. Patented intelligent interweave technology eliminates banding, and 8-color ink sets provide optimal output for photo panels, textiles, fine art and flourescent applications.

The compact design only requires 7 sqft (0.7sqmt) of space, but still enables you to print a full bleed on 24" (610mm) products and able to create realistic, photo-quality images up to 1400 x1400 dpi.
